Understanding Your Bill

1) Number to call with questions about your bill.

2) Shows the physical service address for your bill.

3) Shows the physical activity since your last bill (call your local SIEA office if info is incorrect.)

4) Return the bottom portion of your bill with your payment, (mail payment, pay at the local SIEA office, night drop.).

5) Use this area to provide meter reading info if you read your own meter.

6) Details of charges for bill including current KWH usage, number of days in billing cycle, your usage one year ago and daily cost.

7) Cooperative information

8) Current amount due and due date.

9) Graph of 12 month billing history, average daily usage, average cost per day.

10) Balance Forward (Past due amount). This amount is due immediately. Account is subject to disconnection of service.
