Touchstone Energy is the national brand of electric cooperatives. It provides the resources of a national network that helps cooperatives take advantage of economies of scale and enhance their unique relationships with their local members-owners. Established in 1998, Touchstone Energy represents more than 600 Cooperatives including San Isabel Electric Association, that collectively deliver power and energy solutions to more than 17 million customers in 44 states, every day. Touchstone Energy Cooperatives serve their members with integrity, accountability, innovation and a longstanding commitment to communities.

Touchstone Energy cooperatives use a comprehensive and creative advertising campaign consisting of television, radio and print materials designed to promote the core values that electric cooperatives have always stood for — integrity, accountability, innovation, and a long standing commitment to the communities that they serve.

Using the Touchstone brand does not mean that San Isabel Electric Association is being taken over or merging, but being part of the Touchstone Energy Program just means that we're using the power of numbers by associating ourselves with a nationwide alliance of other electric co-ops under a single brand identity.
