On September 1, 2000, San Isabel Electric Association's Time of Use Rate were increased by an additional 2 1/2 NEW hours of OFF-PEAK heating time! The time of Use Rate is a seasonal heating rate for the winter heating months* of the year. The hours are:

ON PEAK HOURS:        5 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.
ON PEAK RATE:           11.39 ¢ per kilowatt hour

OFF PEAK HOURS:        9 p.m. - 5 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
OFF PEAK RATE:           4.99 ¢ per kilowatt hour

*Winter heating months are October through April
