Meter Reading

Online meter readings are submitted through the San Isabel Electric "E-Bill" web site.

To access the "E-Bill" web site, you will be required to perform a one-time sign up procedure. When you sign up an account for "E-Bill", all the accounts which have the same Membership (Capital credit) number are registered at that time. If you have multiple Memberships (Capital credit numbers), you must perform the one-time sign up for each Membership. To do this, register each Membership by using an account number which is assigned to that Membership. After this is done, all accounts assigned to those Memberships will be available on "E-Bill".
