San Isabel Electric Association policies and procedures are determined by an elected board of directors. The SIEA territory is made up of seven districts, with one board member representing each district. As a SIEA member, you elect the representative from your district to a three year term. The elected director must reside in your district. The board of directors is composed of members, not employees, of SIEA. Each year you will receive a notice announcing the date of the SIEA annual meeting. The meeting is held in September. This is your opportunity to elect your directors and become familiar with the status of your business. We strongly encourage you to join us at this meeting. For more information about the board member in your area, contact your local SIEA office.
