Tom Holgerson has served on the San Isabel board for the past several years and has served as past president on the Board. While on the board, he represented San Isabel on the Board of Directors of Western United Electric Supply.  He was a board member for the Colorado Rural Electric Association, serving as president of the statewide association and presently serves on the Board of Directors for Tri-State Generation & Transmission. Tom currently serves as Mayor of the Town of Rye, Colorado.

Tom and his wife, Karen, have lived in the Rye area for 40 years. They have three grown children and six grandchildren. Tom retired a few years ago as a general contractor building custom homes and commercial buildings in the area. One of his greatest desires is to continue to work in the research and development of renewable energy technologies and energy conservation.
